This statement relates to the personal data of clients, visitors, suppliers, job applicants and all other business relations of VitaSana.

VitaSana processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • Communication. We use your contact details to provide you with further information about our services. If you have shown an interest in our services, we use your personal data to send you information about the services of VitaSana. Where possible, we adjust this information in accordance with your preferences.
  • Laws and regulations. We process your personal data if we are required to do so by law or in the event of a potential breach of third party intellectual property rights.

VitaSana processes personal data based on the following principles:

  • Agreement. We process personal data for the contracting and execution of agreements.
  • Justified interest. We process personal data based on a justified interest, such as sending marketing communication to our clients.

  • Consent. We process personal data if an individual has given consent for the processing of their personal data. This consent may also be withdrawn again.

How long do we keep personal data?

VitaSana does not keep your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the objectives described above for which your data was gathered. Please contact us if you wish to know more about our data processing.

How do we secure your personal data?

VitaSana has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss of or unauthorised processing of personal data. For this purpose, VitaSana uses various security technologies, including secured servers, regular software updates, firewalls and encryption, as well as physical security of the locations where the personal data is secured.

What are your rights regarding the processing of your personal data?

You have various rights pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Rights to information and access: you can request access to your personal data that we process.
  • Rectification: if you believe that we have incorrect data on you, we will rectify this.
  • Erasure: you can request the erasure of your personal data that we process. It is possible that we still have to process this data for other purposes (for example for our administration and statutory obligations).
  • Restriction: you can arrange for restriction of the processing of your personal data if you believe that we process your personal data unlawfully or incorrectly.
  • Objection: if you object to the processing of your personal data, we will discontinue that processing as soon as possible.
  • Transferability: if you wish your personal data to be transferred, please contact us.
  • Withdrawal of consent: if you have granted consent for the processing of your personal data, you may withdraw this again.
